The School in Astrostatistics 2013: regression in astrophysics, methods and applications will tabke place in Annecy, 21-25 Octobre 2013. The primary goal of the École d'Astrostatistique is to train astronomers to the use of modern statistical techniques. It also aims at bridging the gap between the two communities by emphasizing on the practice in common, to give firm grounds to the theoretical lessons, and to initiate works on problems brought by the participants.

The first INRIA PhD seminar will occur on the Wednesday 13th of march, beginning from 10:30 (breakfast, coffee…), with the presentation at 10:45 in the Euler Violet room (next to INRIA entrance). Le "International Center for Mechanical Sciences", CISM, organise 14 cours avancés en 2013 à Udine (Italie). Des bourses peuvent être obtenues auprès du CISM (surtout, mais pas seulement, s'il y a plusieurs inscriptions d'un même laboratoire).

Le congrès Glucidoc a pour vocation de rassembler tous les deux ans la population doctorante et post-doctorante francophone travaillant sur les Glucides, toutes disciplines confondues (Chimie, Biologie, Physique des systèmes glucidiques). Cette quatrième édition se déroulera à Landéda, sur la côte du Finistère Nord, du 8 au 11 avril 2013.
